Why this rank?
The Supreme Court struck down the sodomy law in October 2023, and workplace protections already existed. Law and opinion both score in the fifties.
Is it safe to visit?
Fine, with discretion. Small Pride marches, visible advocacy, and a government that did not fight the ruling.
